This guarantee period begins from the date of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns require prior approval; items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, change of circumstances, sale items, or discounted items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the product unused and in its original condition (including original packaging).
We will process the refund after receiving the product and checking its condition.
